Bio
Growing up I was immersed into fashion through playing in my mother’s closet of pieces from her clothing line in the 90s. Learning to sew at a young age on muslin waxing strips, I began to construct a myriad of pieces through my early life out of whatever materials I could find; bed sheets, baby blankets, sometimes leaves or trinkets from my backyard. Through studying at Parsons for my BFA in Fashion Design, I have learned to channel my creativity and strengths through fine tuning my three dimensional process. In my time after undergrad I will continue to engage in what makes fashion endlessly exciting for me, curating that moment where the woman puts on the look and this attitude and sense of intrigue comes to life.
