Christina Ni

Materiality
Being afraid of growing up and facing the adult world, I discovered that the protection from my parents, school, and the world I live in is shielding me in a big bubble, dividing and protecting me from the world outside. By studying my childhood photos and the world I lived in, “Nina” expresses my struggles, uncertainties, and self-doubt. My thesis goes down a path of self discovery and reflection.
